The aim of this college is to train university graduates for nursing practice. The school provides several forms of study in nursing care at several workplaces across the country. All courses are accredited by the Ministry of Education. Majors in the department of Nursing care can be studied full-time and externally both with the degrees of Bachelor's and Master after having completed a state final examination. A specific study major is the one with an additional higher education for nurses already in practice. After the entry conditions are completed, a full secondary education is obtained from a medical school in the study majors: nurse, female nurse, pediatric nurse, general nurse and dental nurse. At least two years of professional experience as a nurse are needed. For full-time study there is a three year continuous professional experience and completed secondary degree in Medical Assistant.
The educational program consists of nursing, medical, humanities and management expertise, an integrated holistic nursing is aimed at individual and community in health and disease. The vertical builds on the theoretical knowledge and practical skills acquired in previous secondary education and nursing practice.
Results:
The study is completed with a university degrees of bachelor's or master's in nursing for graduates of mainly independent workers as the primary, preventive and clinical nursing in a care management of a care and research. Graduates can perform directly nursing activities, managed by public or private day care institutions. This study is the result of legislative changes in education in nursing field. Before working in this area ws possible directly after graduating from high school. Nowadays the nurses can study at an university in the field with a possible continuation of the PhD in nursing care. The study is billed an average of 260 EUR per semester of study, fees are collected for the entry and final examinations as well.

Evaluation:
Evaluation of best practice is based on successful completion of the study i.e. school has only 0.6% of unemployed graduates.
- Students receive scholarships: Social and motivational (merit and exceptional)
- There are 58 university professors teaching here from which 15 have the MD ttle. including 10 foreign ones
- 96 accredited study programs (4 programs in English and a program in German, 5 international scientific programs and 24 projects)
- The possibility of internships on their own projects, 5 local and 20 foreign
- Evaluation of students in anonymous polls of student evaluations in the range A-B (4.1 to 4.8, and 5 is the highest rating)
- University was accepted as a member of EUA and signatories to the Great Charter of the University of Bologna
