One of the patients staying at the Centre of Rehabilitation and Welfare had a collapse and required an immediate cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
Objectives:
The aim was to restore patient’s vital functions.

Conclusions:
The author experienced severe stress associated with a sense of loss and responsibility for the patient’s life. The author was aware of the lack of experience and knowledge of first aid.
