The ICF Checklist is a practical tool to elicit and record information on the functioning and disability of an individual. This information can be summarized for case records (for example, in clinical practice or social work).
Reviewer's comments on the document:
The checklist should be used along with the ICF full or short version which is scheduled for publication in September 2001. Until then the ICIDH-2 Final Draft, full version, WHO, 2001 will serve as reference document for the ICF checklist. The raters should familiarize themselves with the ICIDH-2 Final Draft by attending a brief educational programme or self-taught curriculum.
