These centers, by providing therapeutic care, allow carers rest for a few hours ".

In the last 20 years developing medical technology and drugs has made the occurrence of further chronic situations, in other time were acute and rapid outcome and who face a wide spectrum of the population. The chronic condition no longer is unique to the older, now day people who are saving otherwise could not have survived but for the advanced technology.
