Doctor patient relationship was and is a particularly controversial subject.
In our country this relationship is affected, especially in state hospitals where there is still the old mentality according to which the patient is treated as a mere object, without any communication.
There may be other collaboration between doctor and patient, partnership based on mutual respect, on presenting the reality of disease, therapeutic possibilities and risks of each type of treatment, leaving the patient the decision to choose the method of therapy.
The doctors must learn the skills to establish this relationship which underlies the winning the trust of a patient, confidence is one of the important pillars in curing any disease. Of course this communication with the patient is not enough to heal. Therefore, doctors have imported besides presented therapeutic methods also the equipment based on radiofrequency and laser therapy that allows treatment of hemorrhoids, anal fissure, the veins and meeting in this way the expectations of every patient to be cured without pain, without stand hospitalized, escaping the risks of surgery.
