Summary:
A practical guide for those working in the field, describing the whole process of fieldwork to be well managed.
The target groups are people affected or threatened by social exclusion, people living in socially isolated communities with a relatively high degree of social dependence and social pathologies. These are caused mainly by their ong-term unemployment. The program is carried out by 184 municipalities and four NGOs. In order to ensure the quality of the social work field work with so many workers, it was necessary to develop quality field work standards.
The first step to ensure quality performance of social work in municipalities with excluded communities should be training and supervising the program workers. Accredited educational program of the social field work and supervision program for FSR was conducted in 2005 - 2007.
