University textbook for nursing students and educators. The book has two main sections: theoretical bases of nursing ethics and ethical issues in nursing. The book focuses mainly on issues with topics such as: the place of ethics in philosophy and life, conception of man in the system paradigm of nursing science, ethical decision making in nursing practice, human rights and values in health care and ethical aspects of providing nursing home care. Focus of the publication is on the topics: the place of ethics in philosophy and in life, concept of the human being in the paradigma system od nursing science, moral decision making in nursing care, human rights and values in health care and ethical aspects of providing home care. Nurses enter into contact with families and the close surrounding of patient which influence patient and so the nurses come across with intime and fargoing questions and sitautions where the ethical behaviour is inevitable.

An important publication for the project designed for students and workers in the field of nursing. It deals both with the little-known and frequent themes in this area such as ethics and human rights and values in nursing. The following skills and knowledge, from the point of the project, are addressed:
Being able to act in agreement with the laws, rules and regulations that affect the professional, criminal and civil responsibility which is applied to the role of the case manager.
Being able to apply the ethical and deontological aspects.
Being able to differentiate the land services and hospital services in the health care field, in the social and educational field.
Being able to acquire knowledge and skills of the relatives with relation to the ICF personal factors information: the patient's life story, aspect of life, relationships, habits, activity and participation in the normal life.
