Many researches show that most of the patients are unsatisfied with their relations with medical personnel. The source of dissatisfaction is not only the lack of competence of doctors. Mostly it is not being able to get psychological support. Most of the patients are not brave enough to ask about their doubts and very often they do not understand what the doctor says about their health condition. A certain way of leading the conversation can have a therapeutic role and may help patients to handle with their own negative emotions in a constructive way.
