Description of eventual training courses attended on home care assistance: Mobile care team (nurse and psychologist) come twice per week and arrange all medical care needed. This includes setting up or monitoring scheduled visits to the doctor or medical clinic.They consulted her mother with any medications that need to be taken on a regular basis and to avoid the possibility of overdoses or missing doses of medicine. As Rasa last year experienced more stigma and felt of social exclusion than most other disability groups (she reads newspapers) we asked psychologist to help Rasa to help her to feel not isolated from everything that,s going on around her.
