Description of eventual training courses attended on home care assistance: Dalius mother keep her son's mind and body be active in order to prevent the depression and hopelessness that can strike any disabled person. She got information from doctors about good nutrition and exercise which play a key role in improving her son's strength and moods. With the help of physical therapist they are doing physical activity, of course, based on his person's abilities. When Dalius wife left him his mother takes care of her son and she attend training courses in the hospital to get knowledge how to assist her son These training courses gives to family members and carers a better understanding of national and local services. It can make them feel more confident about making decisions about their family member
