“Every patient is different”

Yaneth González Lucena.
Language: English
Country: Spain
Typology: health care professionals
Text:
Hello, I am Yaneth and I'm South American. I work in Spain as a caregiver for more than 10 years and during all my experience, I have learned to know patients above all to improve my medical practice. In the project HEPPY I liked that my intuition about how to treat patients was true, since narrative medicine helps us to put ourselves in their place and meet many more factors than traditional medicine. In my experience I've learned that every patient is different, each affect different things and should be always aware of individual differences to improve practice and health care.
