The patient 48 years old, was admitted to the hospital with extensive burns category II and III. It was a suicide attempt. After a long hospitalization and frequent conversations, I knew she did it under the influence of desperation due to her children taken away by her husband. Therefore I tried to talk to patient often to motivate her for cooperation and will to live. Before each bandage change, as she was previously informed to take painkillers to help her not expose to further stress and pain.
