Communication is a conscious process of gathering information irreplaceable at work. In my work in the hospital it is individual understanding of the patient's medical history, which is part of the therapy at my unit. While the patient is shown kindness, compassion, and even simple gesture like a smile it helps. In my opinion, listening with the attention gives greater insight into the process of healing the patient.
