Patient after amputation of the lower limbs, lonely, no verbal contact because of the mental breakdown. More frequent visits were planned for the patient. During every visit the condition of the patient got better. He was talking about his privet life, his hobbies, family and the further treatment. After acknowledging patient’s problems there was planed the assistance which he willingly used. There was health care, rehabilitation, adjustment of his apartment provided. Right know he even drives car and he is independent. If there were no discussion with the patient and arouse of trust than the condition of the patient could have been worst and it could have even lead to a deeper depression.
