While working at the hospital I convinced myself how important it is to devote some time for short conversation with the patient. Patient if he/she is nervous, anxious after a short conversation in which he can express his uneasiness he calms down and is more trustful towards the personnel. Thanks to that it helps in further treatment of patient’s sickness, care treatments and he/she is quicker recovered. This on the other hand makes my work as a nurse easier.
