During my long years of working as a nurse with the direct contact with the patient I noticed that honest conversation is very important. It also influences the cooperation with he patient, he/she are feeling peaceful and safe and thanks to that they recover quicker and they cope easier with the separation with their families. Often old people are lost and the honest conversation and passing the instructions is probably very valuable for them and have many advantages for the recovery process.
