From my work experience I acknowledge that it was important to listen to the patient with stroke who had paralyzed organ of speech. I had to have always with me a pen and a piece of paper. The ability to write him a short note helped me a lot because I had difficulty with establishing the contact with him. It also solved the problem of communicating with this patient as well as with the others who had the same situation.
