After therapy a person who had various health problems described to me the importance of developing inner power of a positive attitude and to accept responsibility for their own health problems as taking the initiative to become healthy. Learning about his health problems and addressing own limitations or opportunities being responsive, being considered as important for the person wellbeing. The fact that he no longer identified with the disease and he externalized it led to an increase in self-confidence, optimism , hope and sense of self and knowledge of his condition. The patient also testified that what helped him a lot were relationships with those who have supported him. The roles in which he had a greater responsibility such as a parent had a significant impact, ensuring a goal that we have to meet.
